Last night in mid-Missouri, moon set came around 4am, but sunrise didn’t occur until around 6:20, giving us a couple hours of “darkest before the dawn.”
But in the early morning, a few scant minutes before the sun is officially up, the canopy of night changes. From our house on the hill, we can see down into the alley below our house.
