When we moved into the house that my grandparents built, there were still some dishes in the cabinets. One of my favorite discoveries was a small Universal Potteries pitcher in their 1940s Kitchen Bouquet pattern.
I remember Grandma making homemade whipped cream in it when I was little, so that little pitcher immediately became the start of a collection.
