Leap Day always reminds me of the Parable of the Talents from Matthew 25. You know the story Jesus tells where the master is leaving for a trip and gives each of his three servants some bonus cash. One guy gets 5 talents, one guy gets 2 talents, and the last guy gets 1 talent.
