A little bit better...farewell 2023

As the last few hours of the year slide by and soon 2023 is all in the past, I’ve been reflecting on my word for this past year.

A noun, a verb, an adjective, an adverb — it’s hard for me to imagine a “better” or more inspirational word for a year that was filled with transitions.

All year long, I kept reminding myself: “Gina, you can do better!” or “You…
